Letter of Agreement

The Association for the Tutoring Profession (ATP) retains copyright of all articles published in Synergy. Authors may use their own material (in part or in full) on their Web sites, in articles for other publishers, or in other venues without seeking permission from ATP, provided that appropriate citation of the original article is made.

This letter constitutes an agreement between authors and ATP and specifies the terms for publishing the following article in Synergy:

I, the undersigned, certify the following:

1. I understand that Mike Zenanko, editor-in-chief, has the right to review, edit, and give final approval of the manuscript content.
2. The manuscript has not been submitted for publication elsewhere and is not being registered for copyright elsewhere.
3. The manuscript does not infringe any copyright, violate any property rights, or contain any scandalous, libelous, or unlawful matter.
4. The manuscript will not be released prior to its publication in the issue in which it is scheduled to appear.
5. ATP and Mr. Zenanko are released from any liability arising out of or in connection with any use of this article.
